Spring 2026 Stroke Technique Clinics

Check-in will begin 20 minutes before the start of the session.
Maximum of 30 swimmers per date.  

• Swimsuit
• Towel
• Cap & Goggles

Open to all beginner participants ages 6-12 years old.

• Must be able to swim laps without assistance.
• These clinics are designed as enrichment for summer league and beginner level club swimmers.
• We may divide the participants into 2-3 groups based on age and ability depending on the participant enrollment.

$50 per swimmer per Stroke Technique Clinic date

Registration Deadline:  The night before each camp date at 8:00 pm
*Siblings get a 15% discount for more than one child enrolled simultaneously at initial registration.

Refund Policy:  Our registration system does not allow for refunds.  However, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of the Registration Cancellation Insurance at the time of registration, which provides an insurance coverage of your enrollment fee for a small %.  This insurance will cover your enrollment fee in case you are unable to attend due to injury, illness, event cancellation, or weather.

The Spring 2026 Stroke Technique Clinics will be lead by the Queens University of Charlotte NCAA D1 coaching staff.

Our goal is to teach young swimmers the proper technique for all four strokes in a manner that is easily learned and will stay with them for a lifetime.  We will give swimmers the knowledge they need to be more efficient and go faster!
